These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by RJ Event Management. By engaging our services, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms. 1. Service Agreement RJ Event Management agrees to provide event planning, coordination, and management services as discussed and finalized with the client. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed through written communication or a formal agreement. 2. Booking & Payments All bookings are considered tentative until an advance payment is received. The advance amount and payment schedule will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension or cancellation of services without liability. 3. Cancellations & Refunds In case of cancellation by the client, refunds (if any) will depend on the stage of planning and expenses already incurred. Advance payments are generally non-refundable. Cancellation charges may apply based on vendor commitments and completed work. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the event requirements, guest count, venue details, permissions, and timelines. RJ Event Management will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by the client. 5. Changes & Modifications Any changes to the event plan must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or additions. RJ Event Management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but does not guarantee availability. 6. Third-Party Vendors RJ Event Management may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors. While we ensure professional coordination, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, or failures of third-party services. 7. Liability & Force Majeure RJ Event Management shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, or vendor failures. 8. Intellectual Property All concepts, designs, plans, and creative materials developed by RJ Event Management remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 9. Confidentiality All client information will be treated as confidential and used solely for event execution unless disclosure is required by law. 10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. By confirming services with RJ Event Management, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
